Does Millstone Kitchen serve food?

Is the kitchen open to the public?
Our kitchen is a 24/7 facility for members and available to community members by appointment only. Prospective members can schedule a tour by emailing the kitchen manager.
What equipment is available?
Commercial ranges, convection ovens, large format mixers, proofing cabinet, dehydrator, vacuum sealer, food processors, charbroil grill, flat top griddle, tilt skillet, steam-jacketed kettle, commercial blender, dough divider, dual-piston bottle filler, stainless steel workbenches, pressure canner, and ice machine.
Is there storage?
Yes, dry storage lockers, cold storage, and freezer shelves/racks are all available for monthly rental. See below for our rates and fees.
How much does it cost?

How do I become a member?
All memberships start with an application. Prospective members can schedule a tour to see if Millstone Kitchen is right for them. Before starting kitchen rental, new members are required to have a completed application pay an application fee, have updated liability insurance, pay annual membership fees, and complete an orientation of standard operating procedures with the kitchen manager.
What is included in the membership?
Members have key card access to our facility, access to our online reservation system for priority kitchen rental, access to facility cleaning supplies, and are part of our community of food entrepreneurs. Millstone Kitchen can help connect members to food procurement services, local food safety experts, and food business-related support.
