Millstone Kitchen is a dynamic facility that can accommodate a variety of business types. Users have access to a host of equipment, prep and storage space and fall into three basic categories:
Members
Become a part of the Millstone community! Members get first dibs on reservations, 24-hr access to the kitchen, support, supplies and a network of other food entrepreneurs.
Non-Members
Only need to use the kitchen for one big project or a few times a year? Non-members still have an opportunity to take advantage of what Millstone has to offer at a slightly different rate. Let’s talk about how we can get you access to the tools you need.
Food Truckers
Millstone Kitchen can be used as a truck commissary with water and disposal services. No permanent truck parking is currently available.
